CBI arrests Jagan's aide Vijay Sai Reddy

Vijay Sai Reddy is reported to be privy to all of Jagan's financial transactions, as well as the details of his fixed and movable assets. Vijay Sai Reddy has now become the first to be arrested in the case against Jagan.
