Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday met visiting U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Rice flew into New Delhi to help ease tensions between India and Pakistan that have surged with Islamabad over the attacks in Mumbai on November 26.
