Manmohan Singh asks Pak to control militants

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while addressing an election rally in Jammu on Sunday asked Pakistan to control militants on its soil planning terror strikes in India. He also urged Pakistan to rein in militants. Islamabad has said that it was investigating links with the attack, but maintains India has not provided any evidence. Singh also lamented that not enough was done to alleviate the sufferings of Kashmiri Hindus or Pandits in Jammu and Kashmir.
