Mufti Mohammad exudes confidence of returning to power

Former Chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir and candidate of People's Democratic Party, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on Wednesday said that he is confident of returning to power and legislating an effective and draconian free Anti Terror Act. In the context of the National Investigation Agency Bill and amendments to the Unlawful Activities Act passed by the Lok Sabha in New Delhi, he opined that these would not be applicable to their state.
