UPA can’t reverse decision on retail FDI: Anand Sharma

Indicating that the central government would not succumb to any pressure in its attempt to revive the economy with fresh reforms, Union Commerce and Industry Minister, Anand Sharma said that there was no scope of arbitrary reversal of policy decisions. Addressing reporters in New Delhi, Sharma said that the decisions like allowing FDI in multi brand retail was indeed a bold stand by the ruling Congress led central government to breathe life into the ailing economy. Sharma lambasted the BJP by stating that the main opposition had no clarity in its philosophy.
