Iran has firmly rejected any transfer of its enriched uranium abroad, directly contradicting President Donald Trump’s claim that the United States would soon get all of Iran’s nuclear “dust” as part of a broader deal. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said Tehran’s uranium stockpile would not be moved “under any circumstances,” while also warning that any continued U.S. naval blockade would amount to a ceasefire violation and could trigger Iranian action in the Strait of Hormuz.
