Is NATO planning to cut off Kaliningrad? The bloc is 'quietly' preparing Europe for war with Russia

Russia has accused NATO of preparing Europe for a potential direct military confrontation by 2030. Russian diplomat Yulia Zhdanova pointed to upgraded airports, railways, bridges and military logistics, claiming the infrastructure could support a future “hot phase” with Moscow. She went further, alleging NATO countries are already testing scenarios to blockade Russia’s strategic Kaliningrad region and isolate northwestern ports including St. Petersburg. The claims follow Poland’s push for more NATO exercises near Kaliningrad. As Europe strengthens military mobility, is Moscow interpreting defensive preparations as groundwork for a much bigger Baltic confrontation?
