Jaishankar Mourns National Loss, Remembers Meeting Ratan Tata: ‘First Indian To…’ | Ratan Tata Death

Tata Sons announced in a statement on Wednesday that Padma Vibhushan Ratan Tata, the chairman emeritus of the group, had died at the age of 86. Ratan Tata, who ran the conglomerate for more than 20 years, had been undergoing intensive care in a Mumbai hospital since Monday.
