An interview with 103-year-old athlete Mann Kaur

Mann Kaur (born March 1, 1916) holds world records in the over-100 years category for various events, like the World Masters Athletics Championship in Malaga, Spain.She is coached by her 80-year old son, Gurdev Singh.She takes part various 100 and 200 metre events all over the world. She was also the showstopper along with Milind Soman during the 2017 Amazon India Fashion Week. Some time back, we met her, and she told us about her diet and training regimen. Mann Kaur has also received the 'Nari Shakti Puruskar' from President Ram Nath Kovind on International Women's Day.
