Lanka banned Zakir Naik, Digvijaya praised him: PM Modi jabs Cong veteran

Addressing an election rally in Hoshangabad in Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted Congress candidate from Bhopal, Digvijaya Singh. The Prime Minister cited Sri Lanka's actions after the recent terror attacks which killed over 250 people on the island nation. PM Modi said that while the Sri Lankan government had banned televangelist Zakir Naik's television channels, Congress' Digvijaya Singh had attended his 'durbar' and praised him. The Bharatiya Janata Party has fielded Pragya Thakur against Digvijaya in Bhopal.
