NATO's secret fear goes public as Mark Rutte openly admits that Russia & China are ready for big war

Published on Dec 11, 2025 11:52 pm IST

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte warned that Europe must prepare for a war on the scale “our grandparents endured,” as he accused Vladimir Putin of returning to an “empire-building” mindset during a speech in Berlin. Speaking at an event hosted by the Munich Security Conference, Rutte claimed China has become “Russia’s lifeline,” enabling the conflict to continue. He also mocked Putin’s leadership, saying his next slogan could be “Make Russia weak again.” Moscow denies posing any wider threat and instead blames NATO for escalating tensions with continued military aid and talk of troop deployments in Ukraine.
