- The Delimitation Commission has proposed six additional seats to Jammu and one to Kashmir in its report that came to fore yesterday after a meeting of the panel with J&K MPs. The proposal however has left Kashmir parties fuming as they accuse the panel of fulfilling the ruling BJP's agenda in the erstwhile state. From National Conference to PDP to Peoples Conference, the Valley based in one voice opposed the proposal, alleging the Delimitation Commission did not follow the parameters to redraw electoral boundaries impartially. Watch this video to know what changes in Jammu and Kashmir if the proposal is implemented and how it will change the power balance in the state
