Alwar Rape: BJP lashes Gehlot govt on 'rapists don't wear tilak' remark

• Rajasthan Minister Mamta Bhupesh on Friday defended police action in the horrific Alwar rape case saying the government alone cannot stop such evils. The BJP hit out at the Congress-led state government for shifting the onus of catching the culprits.
