'Big fan': Chinese envoy heaps praise on India; Claims New Delhi ‘not rival’

China's Ambassador to Bangladesh, Li Jiming, is a "big fan of India." The Chinese Ambassador, Mr. Jiming, said that his country and India can work together to resolve any economic or geopolitical issues. He further added that Beijing never views New Delhi as a "strategic rival.''
