Canada Acts as Jaishankar Appeals; Deportation of Indian Students Likely to be Stopped

A Canadian parliamentary committee has unanimously passed a motion to appeal to Border Agency Services to stop the deportation of nearly 700 Indian students. This comes as External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar called the deportation on grounds of fake college admission offer letters 'unfair' to students. Canada PM Justin Trudeau has also responded to the issue as India raised it. Watch.
