'Foreigners…': Bhagwat Mann promises to stop Punjab brain drain; Cong rebuts

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's plan to attract people from foreign countries to Punjab for jobs has drawn flak from Congress. Mann made an appeal to students going abroad to study to serve their motherland while addressing a convocation at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University in Bathinda. He said that his govt is committed to stop 'brain drain' and promised to generate jobs in the state. Meanwhile, Congress leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira has slammed Mann. Khaira listed a number of issues, saying Punjab CM should focus on them instead of attracting foreigners. Watch this video to know more.
