Himanta blasts Cong on Hijab row; 'teachers won't know if students are learning'

- Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma blamed the Congress party for playing 'divisive politics' over the Karnataka hijab row. Speaking on the ongoing protests by students challenging the ban on hijab in classrooms, Himanta said that if students wore hijabs, the teachers would not be able to ascertain if the students are learning.
