'Illicit nuclear arms...': India warns UNSC, reaffirms commitment to disarmament

- India reiterated its commitment to a nuclear weapons-free world at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council. Addressing the gathering, India's Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla listed India's efforts, dating back decades, to push for banning of nuclear tests and a non-discriminatory non-proliferation treaty. He also said that the world should pay closer attention to illicit proliferation of nuclear weapons network and affiliated platforms. Watch the full video for more.
