India goes all-in! Army, Navy, Air Force get mega upgrade, Rajnath OKAYs ₹52,000 Cr military deal

The Defence Acquisition Council (DAC), chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, has approved defence procurement proposals worth ₹52,000 crore to significantly strengthen the operational capabilities of the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. The approvals include advanced air defence systems, anti-tank missiles, electronic warfare equipment, kamikaze drones, naval unmanned systems and a high-altitude pseudo satellite for the Air Force. The move comes months after India increased its defence budget following Operation Sindoor, underscoring the government's continued focus on military modernisation and national security.
