Kejriwal Gets Another Court Setback; INDIA Bloc’s Ugly Spat In 2nd Biggest LS State

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got another court setback as the Delhi High Court denied him immediate relief. Kejriwal had challenged his arrest and remand by ED in the alleged liquor scam. Court is likely to pass an order on April 3. Congress and Shiv Sena (UBT), both allies as part of MVA as well as the INDIA bloc, are fighting openly after a senior GoP leader’s ‘Khichadi chor’ barb at a candidate of Uddhav Thackeray’s party. Election Commission issued show-cause notice to Congress leader Supriya Shrinate and BJP leader Dilip Ghosh over their respective derogatory remarks.
