Kerala police chief speaks on the explosion at a gathering of Christian group Jehovah's Witnesses in Kalamassery, Kerala. DGP Shaik Darvesh Saheb said that the blast occurred at around 9:40 am at the Zamra Convention Centre, and preliminary inquiry had suggested that an improvised explosive device had been used.
