'Loner, bright student': Who is Bulli Bai app creator Neeraj Bishnoi

• Neeraj Bishnoi, the 'mastermind' of the Bulli Bai app was arrested by the Delhi Police on Thursday from Assam. Investigations reveal Birshnoi, the 21-yr-old student, was a repeat offender and was active during the Sulli Deals row. Police believe that Bishnoi's intention was to get publicity and make an identity of his own and he also tried to plant misinformation through various news reporters. Bishnoi's father said Neeraj used to be a loner and kept himself glued to his laptop. Watch full video.
