Lord's ODI to be Rohit's last match for team India? BCCI rules Sharma out of World Cup 2027?

According to a report by The Indian Express, the third ODI against England at Lord's on July 19 could be the 39-year-old's final appearance for Team India. The report claims that selectors have informed Rohit he is not part of their plans beyond the England tour, with a BCCI source saying the final decision has been left to the veteran opener. The speculation comes amid a lean run of form and growing scrutiny over the futures of both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. However, India batting coach Sitanshu Kotak has dismissed suggestions of any pressure on Rohit from the team management, backing the skipper despite his recent scores.
