Congress MP Manish Tewari lashed out at the BJP while speaking on the debate over the Ethics Panel report in the lower house on Mahua Moitra. Tewari argued that the accused was not allowed to present her case and was not allowed to cross-examine the people who had leveled charges against her. He further added that the Ethics Committee can recommend whether a member is guilty or not but it cannot decide what would be the exact punishment. Watch this video for the details.
