'Many countries interested': MEA on sharing vaccines with neighbors

Ministry of external affairs spokesperson Anurag Srivastava spoke on India’s plan on sharing vaccines with neighboring countries. Srivastava said that India has been at the forefront of responding to the global fight against the coronavirus pandemic. The spokesperson added that India feels cooperation with its neighbors as its duty. “We have provided medicines and essential supplies in the neighboring countries,” Srivastava said. “PM Modi’s announcement over India’s vaccine delivery capacity needs to be noted,” he added.
