At a rally in election-bound Telangana, dramatic scenes were witnessed after a woman climbed a scaffolding to make herself noticed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. PM Modi made several appeals to her to descend. She finally heeded the warnings about possible electrocution, and climbed down. The entire incident lasted around a minute.
