'Produce more kids in non-Muslim countries': Pak Minister on population control

Pakistan federal minister for Health Abdul Qadir Patel came up with a bizarre suggestion for Pakistani couples to control the population. The health minister said that if couples want to have more children, then they should go to another country where Muslims are in a minority so that the Muslim population can also increase around the world. He said his government does not want to decrease the Muslim population but want Muslims to be better, more educated and provide them with better healthcare facilities. Watch the video for more.
