Punjab’s lone woman minister promises development

Bhagwant Mann's 10-member Punjab team was sworn in on Saturday in Chandigarh with the lone woman minister, Dr Baljit Kaur from Malout. Kaur thanked the party high command as she said that her priorities would be the development of women and the health sector. AAP had listed a financial assistance of Rs.1,000 for every woman - above 18 years of age - in its poll promises. Watch the full video for more.
