Putin's 'coughing fit, chest pain' delays TV address; Doctors called in

- There have been concerns raised over Putin's health in the past few months. In the latest, the Russian President reportedly suffered a coughing fit as he experienced chest pains while recording a rare TV broadcast, says the Mirror. Putin, who had to record an address to the nation announcing Russia's expansion of its invasion of Ukraine, reportedly even got delayed. A report in the Mirror claimed that the broadcast was delayed by at least 13 hours. This is not the first time that throat troubles have interrupted Putin's speech.
