Rajasthan chemical factory fire: 7 Workers burnt alive in Bhiwadi, Congress targets BJP govt

At least seven people were burned to death after a major fire broke out on Feb 16 at a closed factory in the Khushkhera industrial area of Rajasthan’s Alwar district, with police launching an investigation into the cause. Reports said smoke was first noticed around 10 am and the fire quickly intensified, with six fire tenders rushed to the site; gas cylinders stored inside the premises were suspected to have exploded, and goods worth several lakhs were gutted. Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma expressed grief, and PM Narendra Modi also condoled the “tragic & deeply saddening” incident in a post.
