Revaled: How India helped Russia bypass Western sanctions over Ukraine war

India has purchased the highest amount of oil exported by Russia in 2022 despite sanctions imposed on Moscow by the West over its invasion of Ukraine. The Russian Govt said that the Russian oil sales to India jumped 22-fold last year. This as Moscow said that it had been working to reroute its oil and oil product exports to Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East from its traditional markets in Europe.
