Watch: First Zika virus case in Maharashtra; causes and symptoms explained

Even as India worries about a possible third wave of Covid-19 infections, Maharashtra saw its first case of Zika virus infection. Earlier, Kerala had reported around 60 cases of the disease, albeit with zero hospitalisations. The Zika virus is a human flavivirus spread by mosquitoes, especially the Aedes aegypti.
