Watch: Over 350 baby turtles released into the sea in Andhra’s Visakhapatnam

Dozens of baby turtles were released into the sea in Andhra Pradesh’s Visakhapatnam on March 24. The newly hatched turtles made their way towards the crashing waves. Andhra Pradesh forest department officials released them in to the sea. Over 350 hatchlings were seen crawling towards the sea in Visakhapatnam. Over 50,000 eggs were collected in Visakhapatnam this year and 5000 have been released so far. Turtles have been under threat from poaching and habitat destruction. Watch the full video for more.
