AMRITSAR: A person was killed at Golden Temple on Saturday evening for attempting sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib, the holy Sikh scripture, at the sanctum sanctorum. The Sacrilege attempt was made inside sanctum sanctorum of Golden Temple during Rehras Sahib recitation when a person attempted to approach to Guru Granth Sahib and pick the kirpan placed in front of the holy Sikh scripture.
