Shot putter Inderjit Singh is now the second Rio Olympics-bound athlete to fail a dope test. He said on Tuesday there was a conspiracy against him for being critical of the authorities. The 28-year-old Singh's 'A' sample returned positive for a banned substance and the country's anti-doping agency has given the Haryana athlete a week to get another test done, reports said Monday.
“I have been framed because I am outspoken. This is a conspiracy against me,” Singh told TV channels.
