President Vladimir Putin used a Russian Military-Industrial Commission meeting to accuse NATO and European leaders of escalating toward war with Russia, denounce Ukraine’s government as corrupt and undemocratic, and outline a major new Russian armaments programme focused on nuclear forces, air defence, drones, precision weapons, space systems and AI.
