Putin Fumes As Biden Moves To Aid ICC In Russian War Crimes Probe, Puts 2nd ICC Judge On Wanted List

Russia has placed a third International Criminal Court official on its wanted list, after the ICC's accusation of President Vladimir Putin of war crimes in Ukraine. Putin was issued arrest warrants by the ICC in March after he was charged with committing a war crime by forcibly removing hundreds of children from Ukraine.
