Russian President Vladimir Putin has once again highlighted India’s rising role in the world as well as that of Asia. Echoing former French President Nicolas Sarkozi’s views on the world, Putin underlined the growing clout of Asia vis a vis a ‘weakening’ Europe amid the war in Ukraine. The Russian President made the remarks while addressing a group of students to mark the occasion of Day of Knowledge.
