Putin Reveals Plan To End West-Dominated 'Unipolar' World Order In First Speech Of New Term

Russian President Vladimir Putin said dialogue with the western countries was possible even as the war in Ukraine continues. “We do not refuse dialogue with Western states. The choice is theirs: do they intend to continue trying to restrain the development of Russia, continue the policy of aggression and relentless pressure that they have pursued for years, or look for a path to cooperation and peace,’ Putin said just after taking oath as Russian President for the fifth time.
