Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov dismissed a 10-point peace formula by the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and called it a Western-backed "ultimatum." Lavrov also insisted that any negotiations must focus on "people's rights" and not "territorial issues." Zelenskyy's formula "has become a pain in the neck for everyone. This is a pure ultimatum.'
