UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his Dutch counterpart Mark Rutte shared an awkward encounter right outside the 10 Downing Street on December 8. Sunak got locked out of his official house temporarily when he stepped out to welcome Rutte. Both leaders were unable to access Number 10 as videos captured Rishi Sunak placing his hands on the door before both men were left confused. The door was eventually opened from the inside.
