Russia says its armed forces carried out a fresh wave of overnight strikes across Ukraine on July 14, targeting what Moscow described as defence industry facilities in Kyiv, port infrastructure in Odesa, and Ukrainian military-use vessels. The Russian Defence Ministry also claimed its Aerospace Forces destroyed an AFU embankment near Mayaki in the DPR, while artillery and assault units advanced around Konstantinovka, Dnipropetrovsk, Dobropolye, and Zaporizhzhia. Moscow says multiple Ukrainian drone command posts, fortified positions and military strongholds were destroyed during the latest operations. Meanwhile, Russia announced that its Navy and the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy have completed the Maritime Interaction 2026 exercise and have now begun joint maritime patrols, highlighting expanding military cooperation between Moscow and Beijing.
