Russian Oil Discounts Plunge Despite India's Record Purchase | Here Is What Happened

In 2022, India's imports of discounted Russian crude oil has increased, with Indian refiners becoming the biggest consumers. However, the Russian-arranged firm's shipping charges continue to be opaque.
