Russian Oil Discounts Plunge Despite India's Record Purchase | Here Is What Happened

In 2022, India's imports of discounted Russian crude oil has increased, with Indian refiners becoming the biggest consumers. However, the Russian-arranged firm's shipping charges continue to be opaque. Russia invoices Indian refiners for less than the $60 per barrel price cap agreed upon by the West, but charges anywhere from $11 to $19 per barrel. Watch this video to know more.
