‘Kharge, not Tharoor…': Manish Tewari for external monitoring of Cong polls

Outspoken Congress leader and Member of Parliament (MP) Manish Tewari believes that mere conduct of presidential polls is not enough to revive the grand old party and has called for the elections at various levels in the Party, including in Pradesh Congress Committees. Tewari has batted for the external monitoring of the polls and has denied the claim that he is unhappy with the Congress party as he asserted the importance of India's grand old party in the present scenario.
