U.S. Pentagon admits it'll be 'extremely difficult' for Ukraine to fight off Russian troops in 2023. Mark Milley, the chief of staff of the Pentagon, shared his analysis recently on a podcast. But the American Joint Chief of Staff does not see the war as a 'frozen conflict.' The war in Ukraine is now its second year with Russia in no mood to end the conflict.
