Vikram Chandra on PM blaming Opposition for ‘misleading farmers’, other stories

As the mercury dips in northern India, political temperatures continue to rise. The Prime Minister on Tuesday accused the opposition of misleading the farmers. He said the government is committed to farmer's welfare and will keep assuring and addressing their concerns. Meanwhile, BJP's former ally Sukhbir Singh Badal said it was the BJP that was the 'real tukde-tukde gang' as it was trying to divide Punjabi Hindus and Sikhs.
