Is India on course to flatten Covid-19 surge? Vikram Chandra explains

With India touching record number of fresh Covid-19 cases every day, there is perhaps some heartening news when it comes to active infections and the recovery rate. While, fresh cases continue to rise, the number of recoveries is at 73.18% and as per the Health Ministry, there is a continuous surge in average daily recoveries. This coupled with the fact that India has relatively low levels of per capita cases and deaths when compared with other countries. However, the nation will need to proceed with caution and wait a few more days to see if India has indeed managed to flatten the curve when it comes to active cases. Top stories with Vikram Chandra
