Man under the influence of alcohol dialled emergency number 112; only to check if cops come or not. In the video, the drunk man tells cops he drank beer, midnight call was to ascertain police response. Video posted by IPS Pankaj Nain, Director Sports & Youth Affairs, urging people not to misuse police resources.
