Billionaire Elon Musk wants full control of social media giant Twitter. Musk has offered to buy Twitter for $41.39BN at $54.20 per share in cash. Musk took to Twitter for the announcement and wrote…'I made an offer'. Musk shared the filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Twitter. Twitter's Board has said it will carefully review musk's ‘unsolicited, non-binding’ offer.
