Af-Pak border fencing row: Taliban sniper reportedly shot 2 Pak soldiers

The Pakistani security forces and Afghan Taliban exchanged fire across the Durand Line on Friday. The firing began after a Taliban sniper reportedly shot dead two Pakistani soldiers. The Pakistani side fired at border hamlets in response, prompting retaliation from the Afghan side. The latest incident comes after both Taliban and Pakistan claimed they have resolved the recent row over border fencing.
